BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER
Leadership for Rogers Park
For years, people have asked me why I continue to stay involved in Rogers Park.
The answer is simple: I believe leadership is about bringing people together to solve problems.
After moving to Rogers Park nearly two decades ago, I quickly came to appreciate the diversity, energy, and sense of community that make this neighborhood special.
Over the years, I’ve stayed involved through work like founding the Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce, organizing job fairs, supporting school supply drives, helping create community guides, and building partnerships between local businesses, nonprofits, and residents.
The goal has always been the same: connecting people, building relationships, and getting things done.
I believe every resident deserves a voice, and I believe government should be accessible, accountable, and transparent. Opportunity should not depend on who you know—it should be available to everyone.
Those values shape my campaign for 49th Ward Alderperson.
As alderperson, my role will not be to do everything myself. My role will be to serve as a catalyst—bringing together residents, businesses, community organizations, city departments, developers, schools, and neighborhood groups to solve problems and deliver results.
Everyone will be welcome in my office. Everyone will have a voice.
And together, we can build a stronger future for Rogers Park.
